Zadran’s Kitchen is a hidden gem. The flavors were deep, authentic, and beautifully executed. The Qabeli Palaw was exceptional, with perfectly cooked rice and wonderful balance of sweet and savory notes. The Braised Lamb was incredibly tender, and the Beef Kofta was rich and satisfying.It’s refreshing to find a restaurant serving authentic Afghan cuisine with such consistency and attention to detail. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates traditional food made with care. We’ll be returning soon.
